I'M GLAD YOU BROUGHT UP COMMUNICATION SKILLS. THERE ARE OTHER PROBLEMS, TOO, SUCH AS NOT BEING ABLE TO READ COMMENTS WITHOUT JUMPING TO CONCLUSIONS THAT THE COMMENTER IS HURLING INSULTS. HOW ABOUT THOSE HOT MIC MOMENTS WHEREIN THE PRESENTER REPEATS THE WORDS OF A COMMENT BUT WITHOUT ANY OF THE KINDNESS WITH WHICH THE COMMENT WAS INTENDED? Also, was happy to hear Kerry K on YTube explain our bodies were born to work with matrix and now frequencies have risen which gives the feeling of time speeding up. Our bodies will catch up but listen for yourself. Also can't thank you enough Linda for talking about Professor Arnold Ehret! I ordered his book, Rational Fasting. This is about fasting. I may do that some other time but decided to try his alternative idea of skipping breakfast (my words)! He says skipping breakfast gives your body a chance to do necessary maintenance. So "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" isn't the answer for losing weight. You can have a cup of coffee or tea, whatever but wait till 10 am to eat and then just fruit predominantly, leafy green salads if you like. Eat fruit as first "course" , wait 15 mins to have anything else. I really wanted to lose some weight and ate mostly fruit. I've lost 5 lbs. in about 5 days. He goes for a 80/20 ratio as a transitional diet so it's go at your own pace gentle. I just wanted to report my success. You have to read the book before deciding what you would do if anything.
