To relax my mind, so that I can get into a focused mind, quickly, check out a YouTube channel ... not sure of the channel's name, but a quick search item would be ... And then, the jerks who like to get under your skin are typically hitting you with "PAST" related issues. Here's a way to get past these Covert Narcissist ... Make some small signs ... a little bit bigger than a stick of gum and put these little gems where you'll see them ... Oh and what's written on these signs is "NO PAST" ... It's an NLP topic that I used with Hypno clients. If, you have NO PAST ... You're living in the NOW ... And always positively, happy.
