Geesh! I ordered the Ehret book and have lightened my meals . Blueberries and banana on scant cereal for breakfast, spinach, green and red salad with beets for lunch. So realy recommend those. Make dressing pf balsamic vinegrette with mustard or jelly. Glad Linda recommended melon! That Ehret book is really encouraging and with more water in a day I feel better eating this way.
