Linda, for your barometric migraines. (Migraine on onside or frontal, eye headache, fyi for those that read) use salt. Good old Morton table salt. The correct amount to use... the amount in salt packets. I believe it's about 1/4 of tsp. Start with 1/8 because it can cause the old stomach upset diarrhea 😂 you will be grabbing something else. If you start using at night your migraine especially from storms will go away. Important part when taking salt. Sip enough water to get it down. You want the salt to get into your cell. To much water will flush it out.
Remember when they tell us "it's bad for us" it's usually something good for us.
Like "the grape cure" I'm looking into that one now. But the salt thing does work.
I have extreme sleep patterns. Two weeks ago I needed12 hours of sleep a night, but now, when my Springer Izzi has seizures, I sit up with her all night but am not tired the next day. I sneeze a lot and my nose runs like a faucet. I dislike my ex intensely but that's because he was into child porn and who knows what else. So, I'm usually angry about that. I'm an artistic person and make things to give away. I don't expect anything in return. I have more than I need so why shouldn't I give it away? Here's something I don't hear others say; I feel as if I'm getting younger.
If you have something that no longer serve you or brings you happiness. It's time has past. Donate it. It may bring someone else happiness. Just like when you find an absolutely find that you needed at a flea market or antique store. You are over the moon. Just think how that radiates out into the universe.
