Thank you Linda for another great video! This one resonated with me in every way but one and I just have to tell you about it. One year ago, I started eating a carnivore diet. The health benefits have been incredible. In just a few days, I stopped snoring. I have lost 30 pounds and am on my way to losing another 30. My energy is off the charts and I sleep well. I know from watching your videos for years that you are curious by nature and eager to know the truth about many things. I recommend learning more about it from two of my very favorite carnivore doctors.
The first one is Dr. Ken Berry. He has a YouTube channel with hundreds of videos on the health issues that are helped or cured with a carnivore diet, including arthritis, kidney disease, gout, infertility, and diabetes to name a few. The key to good health is ridding the body of inflammation, and a carnivore diet does that.
The other one I recommend following is Dr. Anthony Chaffee. He is a neurosurgeon and also has a YouTube channel that talks about the carnivore diet. He explains really well about why humans are carnivores and emphasizes the point that "plants are trying to kill you."
