I think these serpents were mainly near the Arctic region because sperm whales are their main food and the whales migrate to the Arctic every year. Just a guess but there are far too many reports of them over the centuries. Obviously, only the people who use those regions of the ocean are going to see them. And lower latitude city dwellers would dismiss them out of hand. I also believe in UFO's. Seen a few in the sky and I know what stars, weather balloons and satellites look like.

Junk mail and magazine advertisements have a lot of photos of inverted people and satanic images. This Gucci ad from a magazine is super creepy. Look at their jewelry, that headband, the falic licking of ice cream cones. Geez.
